I’ve just seen all the latest reviews and testimonials for James Powell Photography. The feedback has arrived for the 2018 Wedding Industry Awards, and I can tell you I have had an absolutely gorgeous morning reading all the wedding couples responses. All I can say is ‘wow’. I am absolutely blown away. I mean, talk about an ego boost. My head is big enough already, but seriously it’s about to explode! Chuffed to bits, over the moon, grateful beyond words, and dare I say proud of myself. Literally, I have run out of superlatives. Maybe I can squeeze in a few more though, otherwise this will be a very short blog post. “I’m sure James is fed up with my constant positive feedback by now BUT this guy is truly truly amazing! Here goes a long review but very well deserved…. We booked James almost 2 years before our big day from a list of around 80 photographers (which we painstakingly looked through, every single one). The photographer, for us, was one of the most important parts of our wedding day so we knew we had to find someone perfect and ‘us’. The moment we came across James Powell’s website we instantly had an awesome feeling about him. His wedding pictures were flawless and we just loved his style. Meeting him for a coffee chat we absolutely knew he was the one!! We didn’t need any time to think about it and agreed there and then that we needed to have James as our photographer. And he didn’t disappoint, not one teeny tiny bit. James and I are quite awkward in front of the camera and had a sort of dread about having our pictures taken all day long but James made us feel at ease instantly and we think the final pictures speak for themselves of how much fun we had with him photographing our day. He is one of the most likeable, down to earth, easy to get along with guys I’ve ever meet in my life and i secretly want him as my new BFF!! He even stripped down to his undies to get some pretty cool sea pictures which was hilarious – we do have photo evidence to the highest bidder!
