The wedding season is going off already, and I left my home turf of Norfolk weddings to photograph this absolute stunner of a wedding in Devon. Charlie and Rich could not be any more cooler as a bride and groom. Charismatic, beautiful, funny, and all round good eggs. Anyway, enough about me! Then there’s the venue, all I can say is ‘wowzers’. Huntsham Court in Devon is truly an awesome place, and having never been there before I travelled down the day before to scout it out. A tudor gothic style building, it really has the wow factor and if you are going to marry in Devon this should be high on your list of potential venues.
So to the day, well as you can see from their wedding photos, Huntsham Court was shrouded in mist as I arrived in the morning. So breath taking, with the gorgeous church set in the grounds, the daffodils in full bloom, happy in the knowledge that the mist would lift and we were in for a belter of day. Round every corner at Huntsham Court is a photographic opportunity, made all the more easier by the cracking set of friends and family at the venue. I was proper giggling all morning whilst taking some photos occasionally, everyone was so much fun. Loads of laughter in the photos, as there should be on a wedding day.
I could wax lyrical wedding about this wedding for eons, I’ll just let their wedding photos do the talking. Before I stop rattling on, I’ve got to tell you that the food was seriously out of this world. The incredible team of Cura London knocked it out of the park. The groom’s catering company no less. I’m still salivating. Oh, and did I mention the dance floor? It went OFF! Absolutely amazing atmosphere all night and a hell of a sparkler shot to boot.
